Ind vs SL 2nd T20I: India defeated Sri Lanka by seven wickets in the second T20I, marking their first series victory under Gautam Gambhir and Suryakumar Yadav’s leadership.

Hardik Pandya completed with an unbeaten 22 to seal the victory for India.
Earlier, Sri Lanka managed to post 161/9 in their 20 overs, with Kusal Perera top-scoring with a half-century. India’s bowlers, particularly Hardik Pandya and Ravi Bishnoi, were impressive in the death overs, picking up crucial wickets to restrict Sri Lanka. Arshdeep Singh provided an early breakthrough by dismissing Kusal Mendis.
With this win, India have taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series.
